At Polish Me Pretty, every appointment is intentionally reserved to provide you with a relaxing, personalized experience. We kindly ask that you review the following policies prior to booking.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within less than 24 hours, as well as no-shows, will incur a 50% service fee, charged to the card on file.
This policy is thoughtfully put in place to honor the time, preparation, and expertise of our nail technicians, as well as the nature of our services, where last-minute changes make it difficult to offer that reserved time to another guest.
Guest Policy
To preserve the calm, intimate atmosphere of our studio, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing additional guests. Our space is designed to provide a peaceful, one-on-one experience for each client.

Your comfort is important to us. If you are sensitive to odors, masks are available upon request—please feel free to ask a team member at any time.
